Job description
- Maintain Supply Chain database
- Filing, organizing, and maintaining Supply Chain documents, such as contracts, tender proposals etc.
- Develop & update procurement reports on weekly basis for the organization
- Perform basic administrative work for department, such as scanning & printing
- Prepare departmental letters for governmental offices, such as Tax Exemption Letters
- Follow up on governmental letter approvals and maintain records in the track sheet
- Assist on procurement activities, such as creating low value Purchase Orders, follow up, and communicate to stakeholders
- Assist on audit preparations
- Ensure Document Control practices are in compliance with Company & Government policies & procedures
- Assist with meeting preparations & issue meeting minutes
- Arrange & coordinate Tender openings with Internal stakeholders & MNR
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent
- Knowledge of document management standards
- Prior experience using ERP Systems (i.e. Oracle)
- Understanding of overall Supply Chain Management lifecycle
- Skills to handle bulk scanning and photocopying
- Good oral/written communication skills
- Good attention to details, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a Business environment
- Previous Oil & Gas experience in Kurdistan Region of Iraq
- Good English & Kurdish language skills – Arabic is a plus
- Good command over MS Office
- 5 days per week full time work
