Job Summary To manage and conduct professional and successful Technical/IT Projects/Activities within Alsard Fiber Company, considering punctuality on implementing the tasks within the department in order to achieve best KPI, working directly with technical Heads and different managers with integrity and sense of responsibility toward Alsard Fiber mission and vision, influence the values with the customers projects/prospects to mirror excellent relationship with them. Place Iraq , Sulaimaniya Time Full time, 5 days a week, from (8 to 17 ) Responsibilities 1- Defines and maintains the standards of process and procedures, related to project management, within the organization. 2- Implement projects methodology and templates and ensure consistent processes are used for managing all projects. 3- Participate in a broad range of project coordination activities associated with the preparation, review and evaluation of plans and specifications Plans, schedules, direct and control the progress of projects implementation, prepare a work plan strategy for the timely project completion. 4- Identify the project vision, define project scope, describe deliverables, identify the project stakeholders, summarize each of primary roles and responsibilities, identify risks, assumptions and constraints and understand general contractual concepts and assist resolving disputes. 5- Create Implementation plan listing the phases, activities and timeframes involved in undertaking the project, and involve in project phases (Initiation, Planning, Monitoring/Controlling and Closing. 6- List any (SMART) objectives to be achieved, important milestones and describe why they are critical to the project such as the achievement of a key deliverable. 7- List any key dependencies and their criticality to the project, and its impact on the project during its life cycle. 8- Coordinates and consults with Department Heads regarding health and safety implantation of projects and achieved companies’ goals. 9- Participate in monitoring/coordinating the movement and allocation of Company resources and project equipment to ensure on time implementation of projects according to the project plans. 10- Manage and encourage project staff to achieve and maintain good morale and team spirit. 11- Meeting regularly with department heads to coordinate monitoring system and upgrade project progress and define and solve different problem or escalate it to high management. 12- Help projects in trouble, provide prompt support to solve project obstacles, ensure projects are clearly linked to the corporate goals and strategies and contribution of each project’s benefits are clearly understood 13- Ensure the project’s compliance with budget, quality and schedule constraints, measure and value completed projects and ensure company management system, quality and safety system requirements are implemented and maintained. 14- Oversee and review full range of project coordination activities including reports, plans and specifications, ensuring compliance with standards which bring about beneficial change or added value. 15- Monitoring and controlling projects changes, have up to date status on each project by tracking and reporting progress and ensure that projects are following the required checks, methodology and documentation. 16- Coordinate with department heads to ensure that all project tasks are achieved in time and with project schedule and necessary corrective/preventive actions are taken accordingly to accelerate for delayed activities and tasks. 17- Ensure mutual interaction of various parties in such a way that overall risk or failure is reduced. 18- Coordinate projects through a team to ensure that all target dates are met to the requirement standards and within agreed costs and to ensure that projects are achieved with in budgetary and time constructions and in accordance with regulation and project plan. 18- Evaluates and determines appropriate implementation progress of different department job Requirements Academic qualification: Certificates level Maximum Master Minimum Bachelor Requirements Telecommunication/IT Requirements Telecommunication/IT Years of experience More than 5 years experiences professional skills MS Office + PMP Certificate Language skill ( Kurdish, English, Arabic) Telecom/IT Management, Administration & PMP minimum 3 years Personal Skills Must be organized and detail-oriented. The individual must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Additionally, computer and Internet proficiency are important. Must be able to work well independently but must also work as part of a team. Knowledge of hiring laws is vital.
