  • Organize and maintain employee file system which contains all IMC National staff
  • Prepare Monthly Time Sheet for local staff.
  • Assist HR Manager in new employee files are set up with appropriate documentation and paperwork and copies and/or originals are on file in HR
  • Assist HR Manager in all administration in enrollment, termination, continuation notification, transfers, renewals and changes are appropriately done
  • Prepare and collect all leave requests from all staff and make sure that the leave request does not exceed that of the employee entitled to
  • Make sure that all leave requests forms are filed to HR department in Erbil Office
  • Prepare letters to government offices as directed by HR Manager
  • Make necessary arrangement for the office together with HR Manager
  • Type Correspondence , reports and other documents
  • Maintain Office Files
  • Coordinate repairs to office equipment and team house .
  • Provide HR Manager with reports
  • Other Relevant Tasks as assigned by the HR Manager
