- Organize and maintain employee file system which contains all IMC National staff
- Prepare Monthly Time Sheet for local staff.
- Assist HR Manager in new employee files are set up with appropriate documentation and paperwork and copies and/or originals are on file in HR
- Assist HR Manager in all administration in enrollment, termination, continuation notification, transfers, renewals and changes are appropriately done
- Prepare and collect all leave requests from all staff and make sure that the leave request does not exceed that of the employee entitled to
- Make sure that all leave requests forms are filed to HR department in Erbil Office
- Prepare letters to government offices as directed by HR Manager
- Make necessary arrangement for the office together with HR Manager
- Type Correspondence , reports and other documents
- Maintain Office Files
- Coordinate repairs to office equipment and team house .
- Provide HR Manager with reports
- Other Relevant Tasks as assigned by the HR Manager
