MHCP Head of Project

Job description

Purpose of the position: Organize and supervise the work and needs of the MHCP teams with the targeted populations. Assist the MHCP Deputy PM in the management of the MHCP Team and in the definition of the intervention content and contexts of intervention.

Activities :

Assignment 1: Participate in the implementation of the MHCP activities
Assignment 2: Participation in the internal reporting and in the accountability implemented system
Assignment 3: Support in representing the organization with the partners
Assignment 4: Supervise the work of the Psychologists and Psychosocial Workers

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

Required Qualification/Degree/Level of Studies: Bachelor degree in Psychology is essential

Required Professional Experience: Professional experience as a psychologist and technical knowledge psychological interventions / group management/care practices

Required General Skills & Managerial Skills: Team management and activity planning – Ability to communicate with people – Flexibility – Autonomy – Dynamism – Good organizational qualities – Good report writing ability – Good knowledge of the intervention area

Language skills: Fluent Arabic, and Kurdish written and spoken, Intermediate knowledge of English

Other Requirements : Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
