Job description
To ensure the work of the Health department is managed efficiently and effectively in line with an established guidelines. You will need to be an enthusiastic, flexible, committed, and a resourceful colleague who can support the Manager to lead the team. The successful candidate will need to deliver to a high standard, be resilient and have a positive “can do” attitude.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Generalist
- Participates in setting medical/clinical procedures
- Assists the program responsible / medical coordinator in assessing the needs of the health structures / hospitals and in finding appropriate solutions
- Supervises medical staff
- Drafts written reports in relation to the medical programs
- Executes administrative and office work related to the projects
- Maintains contacts with interlocutors
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- University degree (medical)
- 4 – 6 years work experience in a similar function
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
- Very good computer skills, including spreadsheets
- Good rigor, method and analytical skills
- Management skills
