Logistics Sales Representative

Job description

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with current and prospective clients and carriers;
  • Meet or exceed required margin and revenue goals;
  • Sell and negotiate our  Logistics’ services;
  • Responsible for securing and maintaining new business;
  • Provide quotes for current and prospective clients;
  • Update and maintain Logistics Management System;
  • Perform analytical and logistics planning;
  • Proactively identify problems and implement effective solutions;
  • Provide follow-up customer satisfaction with clients as needed;
  • Achieve individual, team, and company goals;
  • Ensure customer freight is being moved efficiently;
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies;
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management;
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.);
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures;
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or any field;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics or Sales Field;
  • Fluency in English, Kurdish Languages and Turkish is a Plus;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
  • Proactive, well organized, Management and Communication skills;
  • Flexible to travel when work requires.
  • Working Condition: (5) Days per week & (8) hours per day (Starting from 8:00 am till 5:00 pm);
