Job description
Under the supervision of the HR Supervisor and with a strong operational link with HR Coordinator, the HR Assistant will be responsible for assisting the HR Department at Erbil level in the following areas:
- HR administration for national and international staff
- Recruitment
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
- Minimum education level: Bachelor of Science in management
- A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge particularly with Excel and Word
- Strong work ethic and rigor
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Strong organization skills and flexibility
- Capacity to work in team
- Experience working in humanitarian field is an asset
- Languages: English, Kurdish, Arabic
