Human Resources Assistant

Job description

Under the supervision of the HR Supervisor and with a strong operational link with HR Coordinator, the HR Assistant will be responsible for assisting the HR Department at Erbil level in the following areas:

  • HR administration for national and international staff
  • Recruitment

 

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor of Science in management
  • A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a similar position
  • Good knowledge particularly with Excel and Word
  • Strong work ethic and rigor
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong organization skills and flexibility
  • Capacity to work in team
  • Experience working in humanitarian field is an asset
  • Languages: English, Kurdish, Arabic
