HR Assistant

Job description

  • Organize and maintain employee file system which contains all IMC National staff
  • Prepare Monthly Time Sheet for local staff.
  • Assist HR Officer in new employee files are set up with appropriate documentation and paperwork and copies and/or originals are on file in HR
  • Assist HR Officer in all administration, in recruitment process¬† including arranging and attending interviews, termination, continuation notification, transfers, renewals and changes are appropriately done
  • Prepare letters to government offices.
  • Make necessary arrangement for the office together with HR Officer
  • Type Correspondence , reports and other documents
  • Maintain Office Files
  • Coordinate repairs to office equipment and team house.
  • Provide HR Manager with reports
  • Other Relevant Tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
