Job description
HKN Energy is looking for a Field Warehouse Materials Controller.
- Location in the field supporting Production and Facilities Operations
- Manage/Maintain HKN Inventory System with guidance from HKN Logistics Manager and Maintenance manager
- Maintain tight control of HKN Inventory
- Supervise the loading unloading of vehicles at the site stores
- Understanding of how inventory is positioned, located and stored within the warehouse
- Coordinate equipment movements at the site stores
- Mange spares stock control
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
- Minimum 5 years experience working with IOC in a similar role or warehouse supervisor
- International experience would be helpful but not essential
- Understanding of production related equipment and materials from the operators side
- Understanding of maintaining production material inventory systems
- Experience with using electronic inventory data base
- Team player
- Good communications skills, fluent in English language written and oral
- Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel
- Tolerant and understanding of different cultures
- Flexible-outlook and willing to work outside normal working hours when and if required
General
- Candidate must be a Kurdish National and full established in the KRG region of Iraq
- Candidate shall report direct to HKN Maintenance Manager written the field team
- Clean Iraq driving license essential
- Must agree to undergo driving appraisal with HKN’s Operations Support Manager, before being hired
- Must be in good health and provide an up to date current Health Certificate
- Agree to a Probationary Period of three months leading to full-time employment with agreed benefits
- Two weeks at work and to weeks off, 07:30-17:00 hours with one hours break for lunch
- Accommodation and meals while at field location shall be provided by HKN
