Job description
- Coordinate field activities and ESP/PCP interventions activities between Well Services, completion/Drilling and Production
- Supervise and coordinate with Sindy Rig the ESP and PCP installations and pull-outs
- Collect and interpret operating parameters on all wells equipped with ESPs and PCPs
- Perform ESP well interventions, maintain and repair surface controllers and ESP power cable. Test and confirm the integrity of all equipment before being installed in a well
- Inspect the equipment pulled out from the wells to determine the well and equipment conditions
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for start-up and optimizations must bes strictly followed
- In-charge of Commissioning Start-up
- Any abnormalities observed should be flagged immediately to the attention of Sr. Production Technologist and Production Department
- Prepare all the required reports
- Healthy, Safety and Environment
- Ensure and promote the development of the QHSE instructions and procedures related to ESP and PCP Field operations
- Ensure all ESP and PCP Field operations are conducted in compliance of Company’s Rules and Standards
- EPSP/PCP Technology
- Work with suppliers in the ESP industry to stay abreast of chasing technology that would benefit ESP Field operations
- Conduct safely and efficiently ESP/PCP Field operations
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
- A minimum of 3 years experience in ESP/PCP
- Fluency in English is a must
- Experience in VSD troubleshooting
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment under production deadline pressure
- Ability to use hand tool and measuring equipment
- Demonstrated knowledge of safe oil and ga production operations
- Demonstrated work experience and a proficiency with computer and applications
