Direct Sales Manager
To manage & develop Direct Sales channels in 8 (Corporate & POS) by creating excellent relationships with companies, customers & improving the skills and performance of direct sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales and revenue targets (Corporate & POS).
Improve customer experience and Increase Sales Team efficiency.
 Contribute to the enhancement of customer satisfaction.
Ensure the implementation of best quality service in POSs.
Enhance and develop the supervisors’ qualifications and expertise.
Ensure the implementation of best quality service in POS locations.
Analyze departments daily, monthly, and yearly operational statistical reports.
Execute site visits to Corporates & POSs on regular basis.
Evaluate staff performance.

Excellent Managerial skills.
Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills, able to liaise effectively with people at all levels.
Excellent Planning and organizing skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Computer skills (MS Office package especially word and excel).

Work Experience
5-10 years of work experience in relevant field.

Bachelor Business or relevant experience
Arabic (required)
English (required)
Kurdish (preferred)
Work Location
This job position is part of the Commercial department and located in Baghdad.
