Job description
- To collect information needed by the CASH team including multi sectorial needs assessment so as to finalize the design on the operational implementation strategy (availability of Money Transfer Agents (MTA), Vulnerabilities, populations’ movement, etc.…)
- Keep ACF informed about any relevant programmatic or contextual information that could impact ACF strategy and implementation (presence of other organization, potential tensions due to ACF presence, etc.)
- Build a robust networking system in Mosul City (neighborhood representative) related to Cash Based Intervention (CBI),
- Provide to ACF context analyses and identity potential risk on doing cash in some neighborhoods,
- Liaise with the different stakeholders on the ground involved in the project,
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree minimum required or equivalent University Degree in Project or Program Management and Development or Equivalent
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience on a similar program management position with an international NGO – Team Management and Team Supervision experience required, Training experience an asset
Technical skills:
Good Knowledge and understanding of humanitarian crisis issues – Command of project cycle management (PCM) – Advanced skills in Cash programming and multi sector need assessments and monitoring. Knowledge in MPCA will be an added advantage.
Complementary skills in: Community based approaches and Logistical and administrative procedures considered an asset
