Job description
Mission 1 : Assist in carrying out all logistics activities of the base:
- Supply Line ;
- Fleet and equipment ;
- Premises ;
- Reporting ;
Mission 2: Participate in the security management of the base:
- Participate in collecting information (contextual, political, security) ;
- Make sure that the security rules are respected ;
- Make sure security standard and norms are respected in areas of work ;
Mission 3: Participate in the administrative tasks related to logistic management of the base:
- Liaise ACF with authorities when necessary ;
- Support the general Administrative management for logistic activities and for the base ;
- Manage the suppliers’ payment by following the logistics and finance procedures ;
- Settle the cash advance according to the finance procedures ;
Mission 4: Supervise the logistic team:
- Establish the work plan and weekly task list;
- Participate in delegating the activities and check that they are properly executed ;
- Follow up on the team members presence & absence (schedule for sick days and paid leave, check the monthly attendance sheet, etc..) ;
- Assist in preparing and carrying out appraisals ;
- Assist in the organization of training sessions ;
- Assist in providing technical support to the team if necessary.

Understanding of Logistics in General :
- Knowledge and Skills in Supply and Fleet Management and Maintenance, Equipment Maintenance & Inventories
- Construction/Premises knowledge Diligence

- Capacity to manage large quantities of information –
- Good Communicator
- Able to Deliver Accurate information and messages
- Team supervision experience: Able to supervise, plan activities and set priorities Excellent with MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Spoken and written proficiency in English and Arabic. Kurdish is an asset.
