Job description
- Organize and maintain employee file system which contains all IMC National staff
- Prepare Monthly Time Sheet for local staff.
- Assist HR Officer in new employee files are set up with appropriate documentation and paperwork and copies and/or originals are on file in HR
- Assist HR Officer in all administration, in recruitment process including arranging and attending interviews, termination, continuation notification, transfers, renewals and changes are appropriately done
- Prepare letters to government offices.
- Make necessary arrangement for the office together with HR Officer
- Type Correspondence , reports and other documents
- Maintain Office Files
- Coordinate repairs to office equipment and team house.
- Provide HR Manager with reports
- Other Relevant Tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
