Admin and Logistic Assistant

Job description

  • Responsible of managing and safe keeping of the assets and inventories at MSC and report them monthly to Baghdad logistics.
  • Responsible for managing fleet in Fallujah, that includes movement plans, vehicle maintenance, managing drivers and periodical reporting.
  • Responsible for managing generator, which includes refueling, periodical maintenance, maintain logbook
  • Manage office supplies stock (stationary, cleaning items, kitchen supplies, drinking water, mobile cards, cartridges etc.) and raise timely PR to ensure enough stock.
  • Responsible for local petty cash procurements for MSC and clear cash advances timely.
  • Raise PR for building maintenance needs and complete those activities in coordination with Baghdad logistics.
  • Supervise cleaner and other support staff to provide feasible environment to the team and smooth running of the center.
  • Ensure small repair maintenance at MSC building.
  • Ensure timely payment of Utility Bills and other payments of MSC.
  • Ensure timely payment of Office rent and manage the contract tracking sheet.
